I seriously need help with my Java assignment (in Off-topic)

What were supposed to do
This is the PDF file of our assignment outline, and the output is on the second page at the bottom

The Java file were supposed to edit code into
The comment lines tell you where code goes, obviously, lol.

These are just two class files, His output, and stuff about arrays, but i dont know how the class files of arrays is gonna help me get the code...
