NCB Question. (in General)

If an NCB character is retired before the bonus time is up, can the user start a new NCB char right away or must they wait until the time runs out on the first?

Definitely have to wait. I started a 'test' char on the first day ever of NCB and had to wait the full four months before I could start another, even though I had transferred the char to Jonathan and he had retired it. Was a long wait!
