ESPN March Madness CB2 group (in Off-topic)

I've created a Carnage Blender 2 group for the 2006 NCAA March Madness Tournament picks. If you'd like to join it here's what you need. Once you've set up your ESPN account (if you have not) and you have submitted some picks, you can join my group. It is called 'Carnage Blender 2' (you can search for it if you can't find it) and the password is 'chappy'

Here's a link to where you need to go to set-up / sign-in to ESPN to get the process rolling. I don't think there is much time to make your picks, but I think you can join groups after the games start (today). I would have made this post earlier had I remembered myself, but hey I got the ball rolling!!

March Madness is the American NCAA Division I basketball tournament. A 65-team single-elimination playoff for all the glory! It is very big for office pools and such.

I know that the tournament already started. I wanted to put in a bracket that i registered last night into this group to see how i would do comparatively, but i guess it won't let you do that.

I'm guessing you're right .. It'd be nice if you could add to the group even after the tournament starts.. oh well ... was worth a shot :)

I picked both the Montana upset and the Alabama upset =)

Montana??? BAH! 5 for 7 with 3 of my brackets, 4 for 7 with my other 2. Alabama hurt me too.

The only one I missed was Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

I am 10 for 11 now =)

i made all 5. just each one is in a different group :). 1 with you, 1 with dyno, 1 with a group of Texas A&M Fans (Yes way to beat Syracuse), and the last 2 were in a group with my wife. She used 1 of my picks and I used the other. Oh by the way I'm beating her badly. I better or I'll never live it down.

Iowa burned me bad. How they didn't manage the clock better after being up 15 I have no idea. Arkansas's free throw shooting also hurt me. already 2 for 4 today :(

I can't believe it. But in the cb2 group. I was a perfect 4 for 4 out of the early games today... my other groups didn't fair that well. but this one is doing awsome. :)

Yeah I lost 3 of my teams already today.

OK. Seems my only group I'm doing well is the cb2 pick. I'm also doing ok in dyno's group. But not near as well as the cb2 group.

So far I'm 27 for 32 in picks and ranked in the top 99.9% of all of espn picks. Also my current rank is 1,926 total.

I will not do as well in these next 2 rounds. Because 2 of the teams that I picked that lost I also picked to win in round 2. So those are guaranteed losses in the next 2 days, but hopefully those will be my only 2 losses and I can be 41 out of 48 woohoo. <Here is hoping> .. I doubt it though.

I can't keep up with all my brackets ... I know that in the cb2 group at ESPN, my best bracket has a lower score than EDDY3, but we have the same possible points ...

And who picks Kansas to go out in the first round?? Nice upset pick Cylo :)
