Wolf will be purchasing My VB at 7 mil. The terms will be no interest and a flat fee monthly of 500k. He will be given a max of 3 months from which then he will have to seek out a loan to pay the remaining money however this should be plenty of time. Failure to pay off p/p will result in me keeping the money and the VB.
