My host needs a project done for in PHP for ~$100. (in Off-topic)

hey,
i'v been with the same webhost for a while now.. he's adding a new part to his company, which is in the buying/selling of money on popular games. he needs someone to code an order form. not just any order form, it needs to be able to give a good price depending on how much currency of that game/server are in stock, how much they order, and a few other variables. that's the basic way of saying it.
