Can't we all get along? (in Off-topic)

It seems like most of the currently active threads are full of complaints, arguments, and insults. It should be obvious why people are thinking of quitting: the game atmosphere hasn't been very pleasant lately.

Everyone, just give it up. Forget what someone said about what someone said about something you disagree with. It's not worth the time or trouble to get all worked up over.

Now, come on, it's time for a big group hug to make up for our disagreements. Let's go back to being the happy friendly community that has had us addicted to this game for so long.

I totally agree with you, Maelstrom. I didn't want to reply to any of these threads, but this one is definitely worth it. I love you all! CB players forever! ;)

I have been trying to get along by adding levity to just about every thread I can find. I'm pretty sure my efforts are not at all appreciated.

But I do know it will blow over -- it always does.

A smile and a sense of humour are far more important in the long term. In fact it should be compulsory. We should agree to maintain both when we join up... ;)

It's New Years Eve and a woman walks into a bar. She gets a microphone and asks everybody's attention. "Good evening! I have a special request for all of you!
