A few days later...
Nobody went out the door.
2 days later...
Still no one.
1 day later...
Lukey and...uh oh. Mega, the mayor of Carnage Village, just walked out the door with him. Great. They're both going to be tarred and feathered. And I'm going to take all the blame.
"Wait! Don't-" It was too late. Lukey and Mega tripped over the wire, fell down the long stairway built with the stoop of my home and into the tar. I accidentally tugged at the string and the feathers fell all over both of them.
"Seran...get...out of...my...town!!!" Mega yelled. I just shrugged, packed my bags and left Carnage Village for good.
Ah, well. Life is never fair, is it?
