Ok so I spout off all the time about how the FB mage is best done with 1/4 HP rest in FB. That's not exactly true. In order to actually get HP at 1/4 of your FB you have to actually take into account that FB is costing you 1 less XP for each point trained and maybe two sometimes. I want someone to write me a simple little way to figure out how much XP I need to train into each stat to keep the ratio correct. So in summary; Give me an equation that allows me to find out exactly how much XP I need to train into HP and FB to keep HP at 1/4 of FB.

Wow this has to be the easiest 50k ever passed up, I'm even considering spending the two minutes to figure it out myself!

ummm.
let me see.
1:5 ratio?
hmm, 1/4 * exp for HP , put the rest of the exp for FB ?

Wrong. It relies on what the current rate of xp is. Say it's 14 to raise FB and 13 to raise HP. Then the ratio is...
1(13):4(14) or 13:52
Seeing as 13 is a prime number the ratio is already simplified as much as possible. If we allow x to repersent the current rate of xp per level for HP and y to be the additional xp need to raise FB, then the ratios are...
1(x):4(x+y)
Good luck with that.

novice, if you can figure out how to train a 13:56 ratio without using 'Other', you will be my hero forever.

training 13/69 into one stat and 56/69 into another using only 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, and 1/10 would indeed be the tricky part. Reminds me of the "three jugs problem".

e/69*13 and e/69*56?
i'm sure using verifexs addon you might be able to pull up something :)
Well I'm so lame, I don't know who won yet, I think Vestax did, check me in the morning for a more lucid response
