Please feel free to offer ideas on what type of tattoo to equip on my E, right now I am leaning heavily towards a ToE, i can't keep the RoE as its loaned to me so thats not an option either. My character is The Vampyre Lord, thanks for your ideas.

I think it all depends on where the character is going ... if you're sticking with 2 minion then ToE ... If you are going to 3 then maybe try FF out .. and if you're going to 4 minion in the end you'll likely want to jump on the RoS bandwagon.
well i had 4 and was on the RoS band wagon, but rewards (even with a NCB) were not that good so i'm keeping it to a 2 minion team.
