chelon/hzarb MH insta deal (in Public Record)

Agreed to insta my MH (Lega's Toothpick [84x88] (+67), NW 14559420) with chelon's (Morgul-Hammer of the Black Sky [84x100] (+81) 25,378,467) at a rate of 55%.

The NW difference is 10819047, so the amount due at 55% is 5950475.

If chelon agrees, I'd like to first send him the cash - haven't got all in hand but sorting a deal to cover that. Once I send the money, I'd like him to send me the MH and I'll then send mine - the reason being that I wouldn't like to remain weaponless in the interim :-)
