Strat Help: DB's or EB's (in General)

Im not sure if I should get displacement boots or elven boots. What do you think?

I think ebs would benefit you more

If you don't use UC/Evasion, get a pair of DBs. If you do, EBs.

I've always preferred EBs. DBs help you get hit less when you're facing tanks. But EBs: raise your dx, which helps you dodge opponents and hit more per round once it's raised enough. And they increase your skill levels. And give you more AC. No contest for me. EBs do far more for a tank in my opinion than DBs.

The only problem with either option is getting hold of a pair.......

if two tanks have equal dx will one be able to double hit the other if they have a weapon with a high + (plus to hit)

yes, thus training evasion is helpful.

so would you say evasion is better than bloodlust? another question: how hard is it to train evasion. Im assuming it would be harder to level the higher you get...so would it be worth it?

If you can dish out the damage, then keep BL other wise maybe consider archery so you can kill a couple in ranged... Evasion is nice, but useless when you can just get some nice DB's that do the same.
