Tonight will be my first dance (not including middle school dances), prom. Wish me luck not to look like a fool. I can see it now...

"Agh, sorry about that."

lol, hey, i've done it before, just don't worry, if your nervous, don't look at your feet, don't worry about them, because if you do, that's when you start making mistakes. :)

Heck, where AM I supposed to look? Ceiling? At others dancing? Deep into her sparkling eyes?

Into her eyes... try not to look down when she's watching.

Good luck! I've never been fond of going to dances myself.
"Where am I supposed to look?"
Where you're going. :)

Vestax: tsk tsk, naughty Vestax, haha.
SNK3R: Oops... didn't cross my mind. And thanks!
Jonathan: That works, haha.
My friend gave me rather thorough answer:
Mmkay. Well you can look at her face, or possibly her shoulder, if she's dancing close or your significantly taller you could look past her, but it would be best to be looking at her at least some of the time. It shouldn't really be too different from when you're normally talking face to face.
And some light conversation might be a good idea during a slow dance, particularly if its with a friend.
Depends on the dancing. ;-)

Hope it went well. I'm a little concerned that you were on CB 7 hours later!
:)
Bowling for soup sumed it nicely.
