What gives you the idea that this is simple? There isn't much to decode, which means there isn't much material to help you rule out possibilities.

This could translate into Wingdings for all I've been able to figure out.
gosh maybe you plug it into 5x9-09238490823+5938x9182 and then you divide the numbers so you get a letter :P

best I got was "war caw" if you correspond the numbers with the letters on the keyboard starting from q and going right

2 is W because W is one down from 2. Hence, one 2.
22 is S because S is two down from 2. Hence, two 2's.
