Help Admins! (in Public Record)

So, i logged at 11pm or so (im on same time as server)
I had my BA pool filled top, 160 BA... i fought a bit, and then realized it was close to midnight, so i decided to buy all the BA i could buy for today before next day, when BA available for buy restored again...
I bought 230 BA for not more than $608 each... i had $190k and then had $50k left... i didn't actually checked if i had received the BA.
But then i realized i had 50BA left, and i had only 80k of cash... and i havent fought 390 times since i logged... ill stop fighting till i get a response!
So, i need help! if any admin would be so nice to check transfers and stuff, cuz in my transfers page won't appear i even bought the ba....(i don't really know if it should)

BA purchases do not show up in transfer logs. Purchasable BA does not replenish until 12 AM server time (so I'm still not sure about you being able to buy tomorrow's amount already since it's not even 12 AM yet).

There is a possibility that there was a rollback, but in that case you should have gotten your money back, if I recall correctly. I cannot give you any further information than that, and I'm not positive if a Full Admin. can give anymore than I have already.

However, please wait patiently for a response from a Full Admin. on this matter to see if they can spot something I missed or if they have any kind of log to look through.

i need some sort of help! i lost my cash for nothing and i don't know how i can prove this... ...

i bought 230BA(all i could buy for the rest of the day)
i did this before 12 am, so before midnight, when Available BA refilled, i could buy 648 more...
if i hadn't bought it, i would have gotten only 648(when it filed up from 230 to 648 at midnight) for the rest of the night, instead of 870 BA(230BA i bought before midnight, and the fresh new 648BA i would be able to buy after midnight)...
i don't know i made it any clear and it helps you understand why i bought all that BA...

I once did the exact same thing: I bought ~700 BA for about 300k just before midnight, then there was a mini rollback and I lost all the BA over 160, I didn't get money back, and I didn't have the chance to re-buy them.

In my case, there was nothing that could be done, so don't get your hopes up :/

Sorry PortuJ but unfortunately you've been unlucky and bought your BA at about the same time as the server had a little hiccup. It happens on occasion and although it normally goes unnoticed if you've just bought BA you can indeed lose the purchase BA and not have the cash "rolled back" onto your character.

Given that this happens very infrequently and also given that there's no way (that I'm aware of) for us to verify BA/Cash lost there is no opportunity for a refund.

Train->train is a way of updating the amount of cash you *really* have. Please do that, if you have any doubts whether CB is displaying the proper amount.

This and the BM bug have to be the two longest running bugs.
