I'm guessing that the 900,000 is rounded up from a decimal approximation.

By the way, for those that are interested, it's a decimal-binary conversion issue, combined with truncation error. I'd ask Jonathan to use larger registers, but he'd probably ask me to implement it. So I'll just leave it at...
