I am going to use my NCB pretty soon but I don't have alot of money to buy things so I wanted a strong cheap strategy any help would be nice, Thanks.

I'd just say FB or MM single mage with RoE. You need no armors. Add a little DM perhaps, or AMF if you want to kill other mages. Just keep it simple.

2 MM mage with SF with slight amf or dm one 1st and maybe ga or protection on 2nd.

A single mage is MUCH better if you want it to be cheap. You'll save a ton on healing costs alone.
If you want to try a cheap tank, try UC. :) You will need to shell out for a pair of HGs in the least.
A single FB mage is truely cheap and very powerful.
it really depends on your goal in the long run, a single FB mage is great way to get some MPR and level a tat, but it won't really compete up top with a large investment. I would lean heavily towards a 4 minion RoS based team, however I might suggest starting with a rented RoE and two minions, hiring the addtional two when they cost around a million for the both of them (500k a piece). Use the RoE to get AS and AMF huge, train almost all DD on the rear minion. Easy conversion to tank, or switch from FB to CoC.
