Explanation on an account I just made: (in Public Record)

I'm sorry I thought there was something wrong with my account anarchy411 so I made another one anarchy911. Please delete anarchy911 immediately. PM for chastisement or confirmation if it is necessary. I understand this is illegal and would not have done so unless I believed it was necessary.

for future reference, there is an option to make a "new" character under "Manage Characters" on the left panel.

he couldnt login it wasnt the fact that he wanted a new character

EDIT: just wanted to make it clear that I did NOT send anything via anarchy_911 at all. I also only played it as much as necessary in order to get through the tutorial.


also I believe {cb1}smallpau1 is confused. This is not a character issue. Its an illegal account issue.
