Problem (in Public Record)

I have a problem. I retired my NCB character four days ago and got a loan to buy BA for cheap while my character was retired and I was on a school beach hike. So I come back today, buy the BA, and try to unretire my NCB character and I can't. Now I have all my pathetic wordly items in that character (Avatar) and I cant unretire it. Making a new character and spending my 2170 BA is a waste without NCB and I can't have two NCB's. I currently could repay my debt by using all my BA, but without my NCB char I won't be able to pay either one off (60k to Angel of Death and 100k to dudley). What should I do?

Option A) Send $50K to Central Bank, and post here saying you'd like your character unretired.

Option B) Wait until you can manually unretire your character.

Considering you don't have $50K, your only option is Option B.

After discussing the problem with 3D via chat, it seems I have partially misunderstood the situation. He's not able to unretire the character because he has over 160 BA and there's a limit to prevent the NCB abuse.

Your option, I believe now, is to get another character, use the BA to get back to 160 BA, then try and unretire your NCB.
