Loaning 400K to Mujahid (in Public Record)

I am loaning 400k to Mujahid to be repaid within 3 weeks.
If the loan is close to being paid at the end of 3 weeks, I will consider extending the time allowed for repayment.
No interest is being charged.
Will transfer cash once he confirms.
