Hmmm prizes are a bit lop-sided

First I applaud your efforts Synch.

A suggestion would be to work out your prize structure well before hand. Changing the prizes mid raffle is kind of a bad idea IMO. By changing what you gave the first prize %, the lower prizes did not even cover entry fees for anyone who bought even 5 tickets. Participation (or at least the # of tickets bought by one person) would probably have been greatly affected by this had they known ahead of time.

thanks for criticizing my CB lottery, i will hold another in a few weeks, and will work on a good system, i hope i can make this an ongoing thing.

you should make people able to buy more tickets and have less numbers.. Ex: 5 tickets per and 100 total tickets? 20k per ticket. would make pots better, and only a 1, 2, 3 prizes. 200tickets being sold and only 3 per person at 10k each. not to exciting. just do 50-100tickets and wait till it's filled, i think 50 tickets at 20k ea and 5 tickets per person would be good. that's a good pot and not as much time spent waiting. also i'd like if you posted the numbers NOT taken instead of the ones taken, as it would be easier to pick from a list of numbers NOT taken than from one of taken numbers. try looking back at contests that were done before.
