Tattoos (in General)

Sorry for being an extreme idiot, a newb, and a lamer.

But this question has bugged me a lot: How do you get a tattoo?

Fight Save up money and get one in Auctions. Or buy one from another player. Just check previous/expired auctions to make sure that you don't over pay for it from another player.

Or check the armour store repeatedly, hoping to find a base lesser tattoo.
