Health Promises (in Off-topic)

I, th00p, do hereby vow that today will be the last day that i:
~Drink any soda
~Eat candy/cookies/chocolate (junk food)
~Stay inactive for a whole day
It will also be the first day in which I:
~Start returning to the gym frequently
~Eat more protein and less fat
I dare you to run 3 miles :P It'll help :)

/me steals all of it from everyone in the US and eats it. then walks into Carnage overweight and my pants button flies off and my pants fall down and a roll drops to the ground and everyone laughs. lol

I lift my weights in my house, good enough? :P
I run ~3 miles a day..it's actually fun

just joking. i have actually been planning to do something to this effect, just it'll be very hard for me to do. gonna try though.
just started w/ a 6 mile run :) cmon anyone up to beat that? ^^
I'll up it to 7 miles..I hit second wind at 4 so 3 is the best for me to get the best endurance
i don't think i hit second wind yet :) give me till thursday and i'll do 8 for ya
i need to start hitting the weights again.
I can only bench press 200 pounds, squat 300, and power clean 200...
I usually gotta just break through the 4 mark..I think I can get 10..time yourself ok? 3 miles I get 21:32..This first time. My shows have to traction left.. the soles fell off :(
[SNK3R Edit: Non-PG] bathing :P i just benched.... did my body weight at 140 and then did pyramid training, curled, situps, crunches.... and that's my day.
woot 104 situps in 2 minutes!!
i did 12 16 ounce curls tonight :)
