It was me throwing my instructor at a WMA demo in Greenwich.

A demo of WMA huh. I guess the MA stands for Martial Arts. What's the "W"?

I seriously thought it was dancing.

Western. :) It's a style based on the surviving manuscripts of a 15th Century Italian Grand Master.

Unfortunatly, for that demo, we had to wear period costume. >_<
