NCB Questions (in General)

Okay, so I was wondering if I wanted to buy a character with NCB and I already had a NCB character, would I have to wait until my current NCB character was unretirable or what?
Secondly, does NCB transfer over with xfers? Because I believe it should because its not a new USER bonus its a new CHARACTER bonus and since your transferring characters I dont think the NCB on the transferred character should be gone. But of course, you can't have two NCB characters so maybe you can't transfer NCB chars to other accounts that already have NCB or NUB?

You have to wait until your NCB is up before getting a new one, i learned that the hard way, no details. and NCB does NOT transfer over, as far as i know. And you cannot get an NCB character if you have NUB.

as far as I've seen there may be a way to xfer ncb chars and either have your bonus, or the bonus of the char continue. Specifics escape me now, but I know I've seen it done.

I just think that NCB should go on transfer with the transferring character. Same rules apply (Only one NCB char per account). Is there any problems with this Cause i dont see any

And also maybe like something where you can get rid of your current NCB char (like drop the NCB from char permanently) or something like that
