Well, this is a longshot, but does anyone here have any experience compiling codecs? Specifically, dscale of dscale.org?
Well, the OS shouldn't matter, but ideally I'd like to compile a library for gnu/linux as well as win32. I've compiled several other filters nicely, such as xvid (xvid actually compiles VERY well... I did a cross-compile from cygwin to win32). But this one is odd....
Actually, let's start with that -- a cygwin cross-compile to windows.
