parrots without pirates (in Off-topic)

I've just become the proud slave to a wonderful master named Maggie, I'm looking at about 60 years of cleaning up after her, feeding her and listening to her scream for me (by yelling HER name). Anyone else have or have had a parrot and would care to be a mentor for my formerly parrot phobic self? I'm still trying to identify specificly what breed she is,
a friend who has a bird couldn't quite put his finger on it, and I'm still not seeing a match online. She's got the crest of a Citron, and a yellow body, which leads me to think she's some sort of Lesser Sulphur Crested Cockatoo (Cacatua Sulphuria: aren't you glad that isn't the name of your species?)

:D Does she talk yet?

I still remember the story about a Navy parrot that had to be hiddne when the queen came to visit the ship, as among other things, the sailors had tought it to say "Show us your growler!"
