I got A Rune of Solitude lvl 43,720 that im going to re ink to go best with ThatOneMan. What should i re ink the tat to that will best help out ThatOneMan and his strat.

It might be better to try to trade instead of "wasting" the 400k on a new tat. Or, if that's not possible, it might be more beneficial to buy a new tat and sell this one.
maybe you should think about renting a rune of enlightenment for a few weeks.
Save your money and rent a rune to gain power much faster and when your ready you can use your saved money to purchase a ToE.
