very little complain (in General)

I just run across a argument about weapon PTH costing the same that DB upgrade cost.Then i figure it was not the case DB is a armor so it naming add 4% while weapon naming add only 3%.

I suggest that DB see there bonus drop at 3% from naming or weapon bonus on the PTH get increase to 4%

Naming the weapon (DB only cost the same as the + on 'the big four', by the way) will also increase the damage modifier by that same 3%. So the advantage you get out of naming a weapon is potentially greater...
