Quarterly change month (in Changelog)
So, June 06 will be the first of the quarterly change months. That is, instead of 6 change months a year there will be four, every three months. Next change month will be September.
Also, I promise to get a new supporter item implemented this month. :)
Two small changes to start us off:
Turned off the cooldown feature. I think that while the problem it tries to solve is a real one, perhaps this has been a case of the cure being worse than the disease.
Reduced RoS anti-DM effect to 1/4 of its level (from 2/5), effective after cache flush.

lol, sorry, it's late and lame sense of humor has taken over.
RoS change looks good, I think I was one of the minority in favor of the cool down period, I'm just glad I'm not fighting lots near the top anymore, this may result in some really annoying equipment changes when under attack by those with large resources.

Naturally, cooldown is gone once I permanently switch from RoE to ToE... :/
Oh well, I'm just glad there are still going to be changes. I was getting worried...
The cooldown gets abolished right when i stop my tank experimenting....
Oh well, im all for it. Godd changes in my opinion. I cant wait to see what the item is though. Any guesses?
I liked the cool down-except when i mistakenly put something on the wrong minion... I think the cool down could be redone with maybe a get out of jail free card kinda thing.. you get one 'card' a week or soemthing and have to pay a small fine for those times when 'accidents' happen

Meh, been waiting a month and a half already for some changes, another few days won't make a difference. That's if there are actually some changes coming... hard to believe it...

well...as for this new item, i dream the day IA'a will come back(but i hit my head :P), but i think that the chances are that the new item will be 1) a weapon- for people to put cash into 2) another tattoo i dont think we need, current ones need more just right tweaking... and lastly for what i really would like to see is for jon to fix the exbow/axbow nerf(thats a bad one imo) but could make up for it by introducing a new xbow???.....wait wait its 3am and crazy enough could it be the long a waited mage staff or a UC item!!!1!!one! im all giddy....hehehehe
any chance of the optional return of the forums to the main page?
maybe Verifex already did this with his stuff?
Just keep an eye on Stats/Items/Overview for anything that only has an amount of 1. Or see if anything new gets added to Expostfacto.

It seems to have been dropped from 2 points per level to 1.8 points per level. :)
