Trained dex to + hit ratio (in General)

Does anyone know the effective trained dex to how much + to hit gained?

I'd like to know, since there are certain dex milestones-- double hits on mages, double hits on low dex tanks, triple hits, etc.

There is a point where all you're doing is battling tanks over who has more dex and who doesn't, rather than getting double, triple, or quad hits. I'd just like to know much xp has to be trained to get another effective "+" in your base damage without including the weapon's modifiers.

Your chance to hit from DX alone is a comparison of your DX to the opponent's DX. It also has a cap (I forget where exactly) that prevents you from getting more then 2 hits from DX alone. If you want triple or quadruple hits then you need to either equip a ToA (which, aside from other things, adds to you chance to hit) or to add more + to your weapon.

Ahh... yes. I came up with that dex only gets you one extra hit in some obscure(glaringly obvious) wiki page.

Thanks, anyways.
