Proxy warning (in General)

I'm playing wireless while up on some vacation time. Last couple days have been fine, but then today I get the proxy disallowed . . . thing. So I go to the link it tells me to to clear it up and I get this:

From Blitzed The OPM project ended in May 2006. Please see this email (http://lists.blitzed.org/pipermail/opm-announce/2006q2/000015.html) for further details. As the email says there may be a replacement at some stage in the future, depending on if we can secure suitable hardware (we would like to not have a single point of failure again). However this will not be using the same opm.blitzed.org domain, so please stop querying the zone.

So what is this? And if i'm just on random wireless connections up where I'm at, is this going to happen again?

I've disabled the use of the OPM dns blacklist.

Thanks, my wireless picks up a few signals in the area. Seems no one password protects these days, much to my benefit. But I'm glad to know I won't get banned for someone elses connection. ;)
