Error messages for CM and Get more BA (in General)

QBJohnnywas June 15 2006 6:44 AM EDT

Dunno it it's happening to anybody else but the links in the side panel for chatmail and buying ba are giving me error messages. I'm going to log out and come back in and see if it makes any difference.

For the record the cm is leading to a 'not found on this server' page and the ba appears to be a problem at this end - epecially as work only lets us use IE......

The requested URL cannot be accessed due to a system error on this server. AOLserver/4.0.9b on http://www.carnageblender.com

That's the chatmail error -- it's been that way since not long after cache flush.

The CM error is the following - 'The requested URL cannot be accessed due to a system error on this server. '

Clicking on the get more ba link gets me a pop up that reads:

'unable to connect to CB: r:[object error]'

I'm not getting the problem. Maybe it's the browser?

Bast are you still in the 20th Century with IE? Or living it up with the Firefox users?

I wish my office would let us use FF....

IE at the office. FF at home. ;)

I guess that's the combination for a lot of people. The IT department at the place where my mum works made everybody use FF. My mum, who retires this year, knew about FF before me......

im using FF and safari and they both dont work when i try to get more BA or any CM's

It's called a *Server Error* for a reason. If it was your browser, then wouldn't it make more sense to call it a 'Client Error' ??

fixed.

sorry about that; I fixed the problem in the server yesterday but didn't commit it permanently.
