What's next? (in General)

I have about 200k untrained XP on each of 2 minions. I earn about 230XP per minion per fight (so almost 500 total). I can't add anyone to my fight list, the fight list hasn't changed in a while, my rewards aren't going down, but I'm not really doing anything. What do I do next? Just continue to bank XP until rewards drop below 250XP total per fight?

Train your xp! You'll be able, hopefully, to beat someone higher up than what you currently have on your fightlist. Your rewards won't drop at all on those currently on your fightlist since PR, which rewards are based off of, includes all MPR, whether untrained or not-- VPR (virtual PR). So, in all actuality you're only hurting yourself by not training every chance you get.

Yes and no. My rewards really aren't dropping, as the people on my fighlist are also they themselves growing. And after training, I can't ever seem to reach higher. It has been this way for the past several million XP.

Try combining the training with a small change in strategy and if your tattoo is not above or at your max tat then buy a new one at the same time. Should give you QUITE a little boost...

For your team I would suggest a ranged weapon, it helps a lot against enchanters, saves you the trouble of wasting a round of melee cutting through them
