PortPower agrees to buy a Corn +5 from Nightmare for 2.5 million.

PortPower will transfer the money as soon as Nightmare confirms the deal.
Nightmare will transfer the Corn (to character PowerToWin) after it comes out of auction (approx 16 hrs time)
