At what ratio does DM cancel out AF? Does DM have effect on AF if below that ratio?

DM fizzles AMF like everything else...what's the rate, 0.8 or some such?
The ratio between your DM and AMF is irrelevant, the levels are not opposed. So if you have DM at 100k it will cast at 80k and dispel that much AMF regardless of AMF level.
I thought DM only effected your own AMF that you cast on the enemy not the enemies AMF =8^)

edyit, correct. from there, BL's point is salient. Your own DM will fizzle your own AMF levels at 0.8 x DM level.
