Problem with NCB amount (in General)

It's that time agian! :D I've created my new NCB team. I've not shied away from my original 2 mage idea, but I will say tanks hurt a lot more at lower levels now! ;)

I think there might be a problem with the bonus percent given though (or I was just unlucky and the top team fired a minion recently...)

Johnnywas started his new NCB team on the 30th of June, and has a bonus of 169%.

I started mine today (3rd of July) and have a bonus of 163%.

Is there any reason my bonus should be lower than Johnnys, especially as I started (a few days) later than him?

Maybe the system thinks I need more of a bonus than you! I thought about a minion being fired but I haven't been watching the upper teams closely enough to notice a difference.

But would one minion make a difference in the bonus of 6%? That seems like a fairly large difference.....

Another possibility is that the top team retrained, which dropped their MPR enough to give me a lower bonus.

Wow I guess this proves that the boni are in fact based on top MPR...which I could have sworn it wasn't.

The current Top MPR is held by Koyaanisqatsi (1,755,352), a quick look at the history graph (>_< I have problems reading these!) shows an MPR dip at the beggining og July.

There was a bug that temporarily lowers NCB every 30 days. It will be fixed after the next cache flush.

Should it have increased with a cache flush?

Mine is 160% from the very start :s
