Bast prefers to keep his or her email address private, so you can only mail him through this form
Thank you! :D (You could just take the him out, and change the 'mail' to 'email'.)

Here was me thinking this was a first. A drunken "I love you" post from Bast. How disappointing...

mail is the standard Unix command to send an email, so that part of that line is appropriate ;)

No need to be gender specific
Bast has not supplied an email address, use this form and Carnage Blender will send your correspondence for you.
The funny thing is when you click on that link it shows your email address???.......So, how do you keep your email address private??
Then there is that link go to Settings to change it......
But in settings it require an email address........
Maybe I miss something here.
Someone knows how to keep your email address private.......?
Thanks.

"Private", as in receiver, not in sender...

What about those of us who deserve the description 'it'? If you're playing from the planet SnoogleDramalama for instance? :P

It stands for.....God, I think. I'm from a different planet altogether.
And I wish that the email addresses would be really private :)

Your email address really is private. Only you, Jonathan, G Beee and I can see it. You of course can see it, as you already know it. The other 3 can see it, as they are the owner of the site, or a full admin. Everyone else can't see *your* email address.

When I was off line for a few days and I had a deal going on. That person emailed me through CB to my email address.

Yeah, he used the email form on your user profile. But he never ever saw your email address...
Thank you so much, for your explanation Bartjan :)
