evasion from combat gi question. (in General)

regarding the evasion from the combat gi:

the wiki says evasion equal to 1/3 pre-bonus UC.

now i know the +10 to UC that the combat gi gives isn't included in the calculation for evasion here, but does pre-bonus mean only trained UC, or is UC from Helm's Gauntlets included?

Pre-bonus: before a bonus. As in, before the bonus given by anything. Make sense yet?

Only Trained UC counts.

What is unkown is how this evasion stacks witht he UC skills natural evasion.

I assume UC Evasion is skill Evasion, and Gi Evasion is item evasion, which doesn't bode well, but I could be wrong. :)
