Delima (in Public Record)

um a friend of mine loaned me a char and well i have asked him several times if there was some way i could buy this char from him or when he wanted it back and things along those lines ..... and well he never responds....and i kno h has logged in since then because i have checked his alst log in date...... i dont kno what to do i really want the char but i really dont want to scam or steal from someone so um can someone try and get a hold of barzoo for me plz.

I know for a fact that Slam has tried multiple times to contact BarzooMonkey (who loaned him the character Little Wolf) and has gotten no response. I'm not sure the rules regarding this situation, but BarzooMonkey is a fairly active user- maybe an admin isn't needed in this situation until a later date. Just my 2 cents, or by current market value, $2000 CB2.

Barzoo is normally good at getting back to people. We did have problems with CMs earlier this week where they were not showing on the home page. Maybe BM missed his CMs?

Slam I don't know the particular details on what you and BM talked about. But I think he gave you the char and donated the xfer fees, both very generous things. At most I think he wanted to make sure that if you ever find your self with extra dough that you would attempt to help someone else out, or throw a crazy contest in homage to him.

I think I need to solidify the adoption process for chars, trying to do it no frills seems to have confused Slamslice more than helped him.

(BTW BM wasn't ignoring you, his computer was down)

Slam just sent Barzoo another CM as insurance. I dunno about him, but if i were him in his situation, I'd be torn between being honest and open and admitting i have a character that isn't mine, or hiding it and forging like hell until i got caught, or begging to be allowed to just keep the damn character. He chose Door #1. That's good.

Slam has also expressed interest in buying the character from Barzoo anyway, so maybe let him keep it for a while since he honestly wants to barter for it fairly?
