need help computer problems (in Off-topic)

my computer doesnt work that well to turn it of i have to restart and when the screen turns black i turn it off by the back switch and flip it back on and today i turn it off too late and when i turn it on again it says computer wasnt properly shutdown please select a mode restore computer as before or safemode and i click on the restore but it keeps restarting my computer so i can only get to my desktop by doing safemode witch is the other option and i dont know how to fix it

Do you have a anti-virus software? Possible virus?

From what you described, I'd say it may even be faulty hardware. But I'm no expert, all I know is that when your OS boots it loads all the drivers and such. If there is an error with a critical component the OS won't load.

I would start by going into safe more and disabling or undoing any recent changes made, Sometimes just doing a proper reboot after booting into safe mode can help.
