Sending Gah 1 mil for his Elven Cloak. If no one outbids me (I have the 1 mil leading bid at the moment) then he will send me the EC. If I am outbid he will return my 1 mil. (I'll pay transfer fees when I get back). Doing this because I'm going to China in a few hours.
