The mouse-over on the Stats >> Items >> Overview page says 1.5% per +, and the Wiki/Help says .6% per +. Which is it?

hmm at 1.5% per + they are a lot more viable. And Jon makes the mouse over things, I think... the .6% I think is a test from a player though. Hmm... /me goes to bid on BG's.
