Lochaber Axe not blacksmith-able? (in General)

OK, I've been gone for about 6 months or so. Started playing again, and went to spend some of my accumulated cash on my axe (and yes I know it isn't the greatest of weapons to have). However, my axe is not selectable in the black smith menu! Now I know 'low level' weapons aren't allowed to be upgraded, but I wouldn't think that would apply to a lochaber axe! Can't upgrade my glaive either via the blacksmith. Can still forge both of them. So did 'low level' get redefined, or has something else been change? I went and skimmed through the change logs, and didn't see anything on this.

I don't know if you have missed the rescale of damage multipliers, but now, weapons have to have a higher minimum damage multiplier before they are accepted by the blacksmith.
