evasion and GA data (in General)

Does anyone know where I can obtain the raw data points for this graph?

Also, does anyone have data concerning the relative GA level necessary to return 60% of the inflicted damage?

Any information would be much appreciated :)

As I understood it GA returns the max amount of damage when it matches the damage done.

novice, that's how I interpreted the wiki as well, but I was informed that GA needs to be much higher than the inflicted damage in order to acheive maximum retaliation. I'm hoping someone at least has a rough idea of the excess level necessary so I don't have to throw BA away to find out.

I think GA needs to be at least equal to the 'raw' damage being dealt. By 'raw' damage I mean the damage before any form of damage reduction comes into effect. If you're taking a 'raw' hit of 400k, reduced by 50% (through AC/end/prot/AMF/etc.), you're only receiving 200k of actual damage to your minion but your GA needs to be at least 400k to achieve maximum retaliation.
