House / Vaynard Insta Deal w/ PP (in Public Record)

After discussing it in CM's, we have come to an arrangement. House has these:
A Pair of Displacement Boots [0] (+92) NW$12,486,071

I have:
A Pair of Displacement Boots [0] (+71) 6,560,748

If he still would like, I will insta mine up to his at 65%. Here's some math (feel free to double check):

12,486,071 - 6,560,748 = 5,925,323 * .65 = 3851459.95

Which rounds to $3,851,460 as how much I owe. Now, I only have the 850k or so part on hand, so I need a pay plan for the remaining 3million. I will do my best to pay it off in fastest time possible, and will not buy or sell anything of worth until I do. I'll even skip buying BA, unless it's to just get out of the negative CP's for the day. But it still might be a month or so.

If this is all agreeable, go ahead and confirm in this thread. I'll post payments here as well. Once House confirms, I will send the first payment and my DB's as soon as I see it. I think that covers it all, thanks!
