Type about:config into the URL box to get what you're looking for.

Nope thats got only bits of the whole file i've got to "Navigate to C:/Documents and Settings/username/Application Data/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/default.XXX/
Then to chrome(file)

So you don't know how to get to that directory?

Open 'My Computer', click 'Tools' > 'Folder Options' > click the 'View' tab > under the "Hidden files and folders" section, check the "Show hidden files and folders" box. Click OK.

Now go to your C: drive and go to all of those directories to find whatever it is you're looking for. (I still have no idea what in the world you're doing since you didn't explain very much, but do with this information what you wish.)
