CONTRACT FOR SERVICES

This contract, made and entered into this August day of 26, 2006, by and between {cb1}dyno hereinafter called Contractor), is for a three month forging agreement(services) subject to the provisions set forth hereunder. The parties agree to contract for the furnishing of CB2 Forging Services (services) as more specifically described in Appendix A hereto. The parties agree as follows:
1. Performance of Service/Price: The Contractor agrees to perform services in accordance with the attached Appendix A at the prices set forth herein a minimum of 70% of the NW added. DrAcO5676 will not be liable for any costs incurred by the Contractor other than those specified above.
2. Contract Period. The period of performance for this contract will be for 3 months, 0 years, from the commencement date. The contract service period shall begin 8/26/2006. DrAcO5676 may extend the term of this contract for successive periods of 1 months, 0 years. The Contracting Officer will advise the Contractor in writing at least 30 calendar days before the contract period expires of the activity's desire to extend the period of the contract. The total duration of this contract, including any extension pursuant to the option exercised under this clause will not exceed five (5) months from the date of the original contract.
3. Payment Cycle. In consideration for the services rendered, DrAcO5676 agrees to pay the Contractor monthly, at the time of the normal payroll cycle, or on expiration of this contract, whichever occurs first. The amount to be paid the Contractor under the terms of this contract will be that amount stipulated above, unless otherwise specified by a modification to this contract.
4. Invoices. The Contractor will submit invoices to DrAcO5676 the last day of each week of the contract period for work completed during that week. Payment of invoice will be accomplished within 7 days of presentation of the invoice.
5. Subcontracts. The Contractor will not subcontract parts or the whole of this contract without obtaining the Contracting Officer's consent. If a subcontractor is permitted to execute part or all of this contract, the Contractor will continue to he held responsible for all provisions of the contract in total.
6. Payment Rates. Payment for services performed by the Contractor will be made at the rate prescribed in paragraph 1, upon submission of the Contractor of proper invoices to DrAcO5676 designated herein and at the time provided for herein. In addition to the foregoing the Contractor will be paid a per diem rate in lieu of subsistence for each day the Contractor is in a travel status away from his or her game or regular place of gaming. Payments must be made in accordance with the clause titled "Invoices."
7. Default of services. Under Default of Services the Contractor shall reimburse DrAcO5676 for lost time and/or money including but not held to Items or CB2
By signing and dating a reply you agree to perform these services for DrAcO5676 on this August day of 26, 2006.
Parts of the contract may change at any time without notice. The contractor will retain the above pay rate and contract length until the contract expires or until an extension pursuant to the option exercised under paragraph 2's clause.
