Are there any IM programs (free of course) that don't flash the windows bar at the bottom of the screen when you get an IM and the chat window is minimized? I know AIM Triton doesn't flash the bottom, and I'm wondering if there's a multi-IM program that won't flash the window yellow (like trillian, but trillian flashes the window).
50k to the best program that fits the criteria:
Does not flash window when receiving IM while chat is minimized
Supports AIM and either YIM OR GTalk
100k if it supports all 3.
I'm sure you can change the at behaviour, but if not GAIM certainly has it.
You can turn off the flashing in Trillian, under preferences --> Message Windows --> Flash the window X times when a new message or request arrives. Simply fill the "X" with 0.
That will work. =D

I've tried GAIM, and I've searched high and low for the "turn off flashing". I'm downloading trillian again to see if leon's advice works.
What the heck is a IM? Image mangler?
