Critique this strategy (in General)

With the changes to evasion, tanks with bows are almost useless so I thought up a strategy surrounding a Steel familiar.

1st minion: Training a little DM and all to evasion (Wearing AoF, EB, EC and EG)
2nd minion: Training only AS
3rd minion: Training PL and AS (Wearing SF)
4th minion: Training HP (Wearing TSA, SC, CML, TG, HoD, MgS and AoAc)

Any comments?

Stacking defensive enchantments is weak against Dispell Magic. So I would do only 1 AS.

Maybe the 2nd minion training HP and PL while the third just AS?

3rd minion, ditch the AS and train natural HP. and have to have an AoI so it only absorbs the damage and be a PL battery letting the SF live longer.

4th minion, you might want a little ST and DX and small weapon on there just in case your SF gets smacked by seekers and what not.

Carefully plan when you are going to hire what minion...

No strategy comes prebuilt out of the factory; a team should constantly adapt while it grows.

Your PL minion needs much less XP than for example the AS minion, so start with only a small amount of minions, and add more when you need them.
This may require moving spells between minions as you grow, but doing this allows your team to be better at more levels than "the top"...

This is quite similar to my current strat, and it works well.
