Just downloaded it right now. I don't see much of a difference, but the spell-checker will help me with my typing for school.. Also, is there a way to have multiple tabs open at start-up, like with IE 7?
I seem to have some problems with this version, I'm getting a problem when trying to use CB as my homepage that causes me to not be able to load any other tabs :S

In FF1.5, under Options|General, there's an option to "Use Current Tabs" as the startup pages. I'd assume the same thing would be there in the new version.
So the testing is done in FF2? Safe to use?
didn't work for me, had trouble with the tabs and had to reinstall the old version
I think I like JavaScript 1.7, I'm going to look into the new features. Woohoo!

Finally! I no longer need to right click to close my tabs. Yes, I know TMP had this feature, but it liked to crash my browser often.
o.O I like this built in spell checker. :)
you never HAD to right click to close tabs, there was a little red 'X' across from the tabs that closed that one tab that was open. lol

Well, this is the official release, so you can safely download it and use it. There are sure to be bugs, which will be found and fixed (hopefully).

I'm going to end up using Iceweasel instead ;)
Looks like you don't have much of a choice Bart :)
My GF was making a funny a couple months back, she was telling me that the animals were taking over her computer. She had pandasoft (little panda), firefox (little fox) and greasemonkey (little monkey).
